When is it safe to remove eSIMs from my device?

You can safely remove your Simgiga eSIM in the following situations:

When to Remove Your eSIM:

  • No Data Left: If your eSIM’s data has been used up and you don’t plan to top it up.
  • Finished Using It: If the eSIM was a one-time use for a specific trip or purpose, and you no longer need it.
  • New eSIM for the Same Location: If you are switching to a new eSIM for the same country or region and want to avoid confusion.

Steps to Safely Remove Your eSIM:

  1. Open your phone’s Settings and go to Mobile/Cellular Data.
  2. Select the eSIM you wish to remove.
  3. Tap Remove Mobile Data Plan, Delete Mobile Plan, or a similar option, depending on your device.

Note: Removing an eSIM is usually permanent, so make sure you no longer need it before deleting it.
