My device is network locked. What should I do?

That's correct! If your device is network-locked, you will not be able to use it with another carrier, even if it's compatible with eSIM. For an eSIM to work properly abroad or with a different carrier, your device needs to be unlocked and support eSIM functionality.

If your device is locked to a specific network, you will need to contact your current carrier and request them to unlock the device. Once it's unlocked, you can install an eSIM profile and use it with any supported carrier, including international ones, that provide eSIM services.
